Need of Ultra-low Freezer in Laboratories

The ultra low freezer has an essential function, it is used to freeze or cool the samples for preservation. It is used mostly available in the research laboratory or in hospitals for storing highly sensitive things like human organs, blood samples, plasma sample and others. The ultra low freezer offer -50 degrees C and below a temperature which is much lower than the normal refrigerator as its temperature varies between 25 and - 15 degrees Celsius. The ultra-low-temperature freezer uses two dual compressor cascade type of system to maintain a low temperature inside the unit. Its first composer obtains a temperature around – 40 degrees C and after that, the second composer achieves the lower temperature that is required. These type of lab freezer are noisier that the normal refrigerator and produce more heat into the room. The ultra low freezer is quite expensive and it consumes more energy as compared to normal refrigerators. The solar freezer is also quite same with ultra low freezer as both are expensive and needs extra maintenance. But the important thing is that both freezers play an important role for sample testing. The manufacture of a solar refrigerator always tries to make this device more advanced and reliable so as to give it a new identity in the health care sector.
